By commissioning me you agree to the following;

I will not accept your commission if it goes against my TOS

I Can decline your commission for any reason, this can be because I am not inspired to draw your idea, or you support someone I do not. 

 

Will draw

- Dinosaurs

- Dragons

- Monsters

- Feral cats

- Feral canines

- Blood and Gore

- fantasy creatures

 

Won’t draw

- Humans

- anthros

- NSFW

- Extreme blood/gore

- Cultural appropriation 

- Any bigotry

 

Process

- Send your request via DM

- I will draw up a rough sketch of your idea.

- Once the sketch is approved I will send an Invoice via  paypal. 

- Once I receive the payment I will finish the commission. 

- Turn around time ranges from 1 - 6 months depending on my current queue. (I am working to shorten this)

- I don’t normally send WIP updates other then the first, if you want me to send regular WIP’s please let me know.

- Please let me know if you prefer a specific canvas size. I typically work on a 4k canvas with 300 dpi. 

- Once progress has begun I will not offer a refund. 

- Once the commission is completed, I will send you a google drive link with the commission. 

- It is your job to keep the file once I send it, I do not hang onto commission files once they are completed. 

 

Payment

- I accept USD or CAD only.

- Paypal is my preferred payment method, I can also accept Stripe, or other payment methods via Ko-fi. 

 

Usage

- I have the right to use your commission in my commission examples, and post it on my social medias.

- I will not use your  commission in my shop, unless client quests otherwise.

- You cannot claim my art as your own.

- You cannot use my art as a NFT.

- You cannot use my art to train AI art. 

- You can post the commission (with credit)

- You can use it for personal use (With credit)

Adoptable and Custom designs 
- You receive all character rights, you may do with the character as you please.
- Do not sell the design for more then you bought it for, unless it comes with additional art.

- You may change the species and design as you please.
